Role: Senior Planner Location: London Salary: Competitive A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Town Planner to join a multidisciplinary property and constriction company based in London. The Role As part of this dynamic team, you will provide high: level strategy advice to clients regarding their development proposals in relation to planning policy and feasibility. You will provide a wide range of services across the majority of industry sectors (including residential, commercial, education, defence, and health to name a few). You will contribute to the Practice generally in terms of management, discipline development, business plan objectives etc. You will assist in marketing the discipline, including establishing target lists, networking, visiting potential clients, inputting to Practice marketing documents, preparing brochure sheets etc. Candidate requirements: Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Demonstratable previous experience, ideally at Senior Planner level. Have a broad range of sector experience, ideally with some retail planning experience.
