Within the framework of the plant's objectives and yearly action plans which he/she helps define, the missions are: To prepare forecasts and production budgets (yearly, monthly, adjustment) To co-ordinate and manage the production so as to make available on a day-to-day basis, the required product within the specified quality, cost and time To constantly aim at the best performances of the production equipment To ensure the safety and development of his personnel To contribute to the upkeep and availability of the plant equipment To ensure protection of environment in compliance with group standards within his field of activities WHAT WILL YOU DO? Helps define the long-term plan, the Advance Performance Improvement Plan, improvement action plans for the whole plant. Puts forward annual and monthly production programmes and adjust them as necessary. Prepares and submit annual production budgets. Based on the proposals of the optimization/process.
