I am looking for an experienced Home Manager, who has a successful track record in leading staff teams to care for older people in a residential setting, a passion for Dementia care is a real bonus. The Home Manager role is paying a salary from £35,000 to £45,000 plus a performance bonus DOE To be considered for the role, you must have : Previous Managerial experience in a residential setting Previous Managerial experience working with older people A Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent or be willing to work towards it Strong knowledge of CQC and relevant legislation Positive personality who is person centred, caring and has great interpersonal skills If this sounds like you then Apply here Laura: 0799xyzxyz.
