Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of housing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Assist in managing project scope, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring that client requirements are met and exceeded. Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure seamless project execution. Support in the procurement process, including evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. Contribute to regular project reporting, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Assist in maintaining and enhancing project documentation, including plans, permits, and change orders. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all project participants. Help identify and resolve project challenges, seeking innovative solutions to keep projects on track and successful. Qualifications: Previous experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on housing projects. Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations related to housing construction. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
