The role will eventually be hybrid and will require you to be in the office 2/3 times a week after probation. As the IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will provide expert assistance to our creative teams by troubleshooting and resolving IT: related issues, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity and meet SLA deadlines.
