Company is located at 3333 Hunt St. in Richmond, BC and the work place is in Richmond. We currently looking for one customer service agent who can join our team as soon as possible. This is a full time (40 hours per week), permanent position for mature individuals with a customer service related background. We offer competitive wage rate. All applicants should be able to communicate in English. However given the demographics in Lower Mainland, ability to communicate in a second language will be an asset. As customer service agent you will be responsible to answering inbound phone calls and emails, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, processing payments. This role will perform all but not limited to the following duties: • answer, in person or on the phone/ email, enquiries from customers• take customer orders for services• promote company’s services• investigate complaints regarding the establishment's services and policies• arrange for refunds, exchange and credit for returned merchandise• receive account payments; and receive credit Job Requirements Education• Completion of High school Experience • 3 years of work experience in customer service Essential Skills• Must be able to work without supervision and as part of a team• Great organizational and customer service skills• Be self-motivated, punctual, reliable and hardworking• Effective written and verbal communication skill • Analytical.
