5 POSITIONS – TRUCK DRIVER ($27.10 PER HOUR) FULL TIME, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR PRO CITY CARTAGE INC. 6315 NETHERHART ROAD, MISSISSAUGA L5T 1A2 ONTARIO. Start Date: As soon as possible Duties: Load and unload goods, Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes, Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Perform emergency roadside repairs, Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle, Perform preventive maintenance, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption, Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo. Language: English Work Experience: Will Train Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate Communication Systems Experience - Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment Documentation Knowledge - Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Driver logbook, Accident or incident reports, Trip reports Transportation/Travel Information - Valid driver’s licence – AZ Class Please send your resume by email – xyz X@.
