Ready to become a Mogo product know-it-all? The Mogo Product Specialist (CSR) is our member’s go-to for any and all questions pertaining to Mogo’s suite of products. In this role, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a genuine passion for leading edge technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace of ever-changing processes and products. What you’ll do: Deliver exceptional customer experience primarily through phone and email, along with the occasional use of live chat. Use technology platforms effectively to communicate with members Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communication Ensure Mogo Members are educated about Mogo’s entire suite of products and understand the benefits Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements What you’ll need: A genuine passion for Mogo’s products and services The ability to convey enthusiasm over any medium (chat, email, phone) Open availability to work full time day, evening, and weekend shifts as required Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private place to work from home Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic organization, with a focus on flexibility to keep up with changes Intermediate experience using multiple computer systems such as Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook Tech savvy, comfortable navigating and working with smart phones, computers, tablets etc Experience working in a call centre environment a plus Experience working in a remote environment is an asset Note: This is a full-time role About Us We help make it easy for Canadians to achieve financial freedom while making a positive impact.
