Combining over 40 years of restaurant experience with our manufacturing expertise, we aim to bring the restaurant experience to your home kitchen. We provide a wide assortment of retail and food service solutions. Currently, we are looking for a Corporate sales manager to join our team. Physical working location: 5521 3rd Street SE, Calgary, Alberta T2H 1K1Work setting: Manufacture The wage will be $53.00/hour with 35 working hours per week. The overtime rate will be paid 1.5x the regular pay rate after 8 hours of work per day and/or after 44 hours of work per week. Job Duties: - Arrange training for staff- Conduct performance reviews- Plan and control budget and expenditures- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff Requirement: Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Experience and specialization Area of specialization: Sales Work conditions and physical capabilities- Attention to detail- Fast-paced environment Personal suitability: - Accurate- Efficient interpersonal skills- Initiative- Team player Apply by email: xyz X@We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
