Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Location: Calgary, ABUse your technical and analytical expertise to support strategic business decisions. Offering the opportunity to learn the wide variety of technologies that are required for a leading transportation provider based in Calgary, this position is integral and essential to maintaining and developing mission critical business applications. The Enterprises Applications Support Analyst supports (and develops) a wide variety of business applications in a variety of technologies. The successful applicant will also be responsible for providing and delivering information through Business Intelligence and supporting strategic business decisions. Accountabilities Maintain/support the company business systems, ASP. Net websites and apps in service for business users or customers Adhere to IT policies, backup policies, internet policies and remote-home access policies Following Agile methodologies, analyze new business requests and design, develop, test, and promote new changes into the production environment without impacting daily operations or performance Follow the development standards and conventions with regards to all aspects of the application including documentation, coding, etc. Deliver assigned tasks on time and on budget with expected quality based on established priorities Design and collaborate with onsite management and IT-based business requirements Personal productivity - commitment to fulfill assigned tasks in a timely manner Review and validate customer data as it is collected Work with multiple data sources internal and external, structured and unstructured to develop advanced data models for business intelligence and business analytics Write complex SQL queries to extract and integrate to existing and new data models Write small programs in C#, Java or Swift that can transform and structure data for data models Develop clear and concise data visualizations and written.
