Location : 170 Pearl Street, Springfield, MA Pay Range : $20 per hour Hours : 15 hours per week QUALIFICATIONS To assist the BTG Coordinator with the Bridging the Gap program Help plan and assist Bridging the Gap Curriculum Review lesson plans and offer input Attend weekly staff meetings Attend at least one group per week as an observer Discuss each participant's progress with BTG Coordinator and interns Maintain a document of all participant's addresses Advocate for participants where necessary. Talk to participants as required/needed Handle and teach teens at Bridging the Gap with varying personal backgrounds Attend training sessions as required Coordinate with area colleges and graduate programs to recruit interns and volunteers.
