They will conduct due diligence, review and draft various real estate documents, and have strong academic credentials with excellent writing and communication skills. Requirements:JD from an ABA-approved law school.Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.1-3 years of real estate law experience.Strong academic credentials.Excellent writing and communication skills. Preferred Skills:Experience with purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CCRs, and development agreements.Familiarity with property management agreements.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Certifications:JD from an ABA-approved law school.Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
