🏥 Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab - Plantation, FL 💵 Salary: Dependent on experience ($89,027 – $129,100)🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Days (Rotating Weekends)🌟 Join Our Leadership Team: Seeking a Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab to lead and manage our expanding Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic services. Our 250-bed facility is renowned for pioneering minimally invasive surgery and comprehensive stroke care. As a Director, you will oversee the technical, fiscal, and administrative activities of the department, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Role and Responsibilities: 📋 Direct and manage all aspects of Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic Services. 📈 Ensure services comply with the College of American Pathologists standards, JCAHO, and all relevant regulations. 📝 Develop policies and procedures to meet these standards. 👥 Maintain department competence in patient care across all ages. 🤝 Establish working relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: 🎓 Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy. 👨🔬 Minimum of five years' experience in Respiratory Care, with at least two years in a managerial/supervisory role. 🩺 Must hold a current Florida License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. ❤️ Must have BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. 🏥 Must have experience in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.
