About: The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is looking for a full time receptionist to join our fun and caring team! With ideal hours of 8am-4:30pm, this could be a perfect fit for you! Responsibilities: Answer phone calls Welcome guests Assist guests with various inquiries Direct questions to correct departments Give guests and residents direction Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail Customer service oriented Good communication skills Ability to multi-task different responsibilities Previous receptionist experience preferred AA/EEO Lyngblomsten is an award-winning Christian nonprofit organization serving older adults through healthcare, housing, and community-based services since 1906.
