Our commitment extends to fostering professional growth through mentorship and continuous learning, so you can nurture your career growth.Practice Details:Traditional clinic with 14 exam rooms with each provider having a private physician officeMedical assistants handle the preparation of patient charts, rooming, and vitalsEngage in a diverse case mix, covering general urology, oncology, and minimally invasive procedures Technology and facilities supporting advanced surgical techniques are available for use, including 2 Da Vinci robotsSchedule:Full-time employed opportunity 1:4 call schedule Clinic hours are 8 am - 5 pm, and each physician has their own daily schedule -based on coverageCompensation & Benefits:Guaranteed salary augmented by bonus incentives based on productivity Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance is provided Retirement savings plan featuring employer contributions providedLocation:Hagerstown is a charming historic town with access to major cities such as Washington D.C. and Baltimore Experience cultural events, dining, and entertainment options Parks and hiking trails provided abundant opportunities for outdoor recreationJN -102023-29593
