Property Maintenance worker needed for a Lexington, KY Company Hours: 8:00 am Days: Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $20 per hourJob Duties: * Follows written and verbal instructions from the Project Manager or clients. * Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed. * Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. * Responds to service requests and performs general residential and building * troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair including carpentry,electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and locksmithing. * Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools. * Performs work related to the make ready of vacant residential facilities including but not limited to painting, sanding, and varnishing, tile repair and/or replacement, flooring repair and/or replacement, drywall repair, fixture repair and/or replacement, window repair and/or replacement, and similar work on the exterior to prepare the residential facility for occupancy. Completes repairs to ensure the property is optimally functional, presentable, and safe. * Installs appliances and equipment * Reports any issues to the Project Manager or clients. * Transports supplies, parts, and equipment.Performs other related Property Maintenance job duties as requiredJob Requirements: * Must be able to bend, crawl, twist, reach , grip and grasp with both hands, Walk up and down stairs, stand long hours and lift up to 70 lbs * Willing to take a Drug Test * Pass the Background * Hand Tools * 2-5 years of Experience * Reliable transportationApply Now!
