Pay: Up to $32.00/hr. + Spiffs & Bonus Benefits: Medical, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Company Uniform, Insurance Stipend Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required Position Summary: To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screen Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 5+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician Journeyman's license for the city of Grand Island or Hasting (or willingness to obtain in 6 months) Certification of HVAC technical school, preferred EPA Certification NATE Certification, preferred Follow directions as given Possesses both written and verbal English language skills Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replace decisions Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Be able to lift up 70 pounds experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
