NOW HIRING a regional manager: The Regional Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of physical property assets and maximizing the return on investment for property owners. The role will liaise between the company and all owners to communicate necessary information regularly. The Regional Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of all overseen properties. This position helps to oversee our Northwest Arkansas portfolio, along with our properties in Harrison, Jasper, and Berryville. What will I do? Supervise employees and contractors to ensure performance and safety expectations are met. Ensure adherence to contractual, operational, and financial specifications. Review marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement a targeted marketing plan. Focus on obtaining market knowledge, improving community relations, and asset evaluations. Approve expenditures in accordance with budgetary constraints and revenue goals. Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance to established policies and procedures. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing rental rate recommendations for new leases and renewals based on current market information. Position requirements: A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role within the property management industry is required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required. AppFolio knowledge is preferred. Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
