We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele• Follow the team plan• Set listing and buyer appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Team player• CRM and database mastery• Learn sales scripts Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license• A Real Estate license is required • Superb communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: In keeping with the philosophy that agents are partners and stakeholders in the success of the business, Keller Williams Realty has created a distinct profit-sharing program in which approximately 50 percent of every market center’s profits every month are returned to those who have contributed to a market center’s growth by attracting productive associates to the office.
