We believe strongly in the importance of work-life balance for all of our team.At Aquacare Physical Therapy our Orthopedic Residency consists of advanced post-professional education in the specialty area of orthopedic physical therapy partnering with Evidence in Motion. Our curriculum is designed to provide post-professional clinical and didactic education to develop highly skilled evidence-based clinicians. What Can you Expect? A 12–month or 18-month program providing advanced clinical education/skills/experience/mentorship. One-on-one mentorship with a board-certified clinician. Structured faculty-led clinical and didactic education to improve your clinical practice and decision-making. 4 laboratories intensive in the area of Cervico-Thoracic, Lumbar-Pelvic, Upper Extremity, and Lower Extremity. Course assistance in passing the OCS Exam. Our mission is to provide advanced clinical education that fast-tracks the professional development of an certified orthopedic physical therapist. We aspire to develop highly skilled patient care providers, consumers of the scientific literature, and life-long learners in a fun and challenging environment.For more information: https://aquacarephysicaltherapy.com/professional-development/orthopedic-residency/ Physical Therapist Education and Experience: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Delaware state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program. Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
