Duties:Provide legal advice to public sector and private clients regarding employment and traditional labor matters.Utilize transactional and labor and employment experience to address client needs.Demonstrate excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.Preferably, leverage prior employment litigation experience. Requirements:4-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Solid experience in transactional and labor and employment matters.Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.Preferably, prior employment litigation experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide effective legal advice to both public sector and private clients.
