Description:
We are looking for a responsible Operation Specialist to perform a variety of back-office support tasks. The duties of the Operation Specialist include providing support to our dispatch team and data entry in our dispatch software. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and our internal software. If familiar with our transportation industry, that will be a plus. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls & emails of customers.Data entry in our Internal Software.Organize and schedule appointments.Organise work orders for the next day's dispatch.Resolve driver queries regarding appointments.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from management.
