Regularly represent clients in mediations and arbitrations. Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions. Progressive experience working as a family law attorney is required.Additional Skills: The candidate should have excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills are needed.
