Job Description: Deco ThinkTell is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our customer service team and assist in delivering outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary range: $900 - $1200 per week Job: Full time Responsibilities: Assist in handling incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, and gather feedback on services. Provide product and service information to clients, including pricing, features, and benefits, and make recommendations based on their needs. Process orders, payments, and account changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in responding to client emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
