Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth for their engineering firm. Responsibilities: 1 Prospecting and Lead Generation: * Identify and research potential clients within the target market. * Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media to generate leads. * Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network. * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that address their requirements. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice and guidance on our engineering services. * Sales Presentations and Proposals: * Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our engineering capabilities and value proposition. * Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. * Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached. * Pipeline Management: * Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software. * Forecast sales targets and report on sales performance to management regularly. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our engineering services. * Collaboration and Coordination: * Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses.Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering, construction or technical services industry. * Understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.This is a direct hire opportunity with great pay and benefits!
