We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our maintenance/carpentry team. If you have a solid background in construction and are knowledgeable about multiple phases of construction, this opportunity is for you.*Key Responsibilities: * Diagnosing and repairing maintenance in commercial buildings To include but not limited to: Light plumbing Light electrical Drywall Painting Compressed air systems HVAC General carpentry including finish work Remodeling and building additions Experience for this position is required, will train in areas of inexperience or where less knowledgeable.
