Hilton Columbia Center is seeking a detailed , outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Night Auditor position at our Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown Historic District hotel . As a Night Auditor , you’ll have the ability to showcase your organizational skills and create exceptional guest experiences all while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package. Be a guest advocate by r esponding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empath y . Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts . Enter and update reservation information in the system . Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status . Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized . Close and balance room accounts. Run, print, and distribute various reports . Make adjustments to accounts as needed. Preferred 1 year of customer service experience . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills . Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH . Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing . PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time . Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
