The attorney will defend and litigate lawsuits involving various employment-related claims, providing legal counsel to employers while representing them in court, administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution forums. The role requires a strong understanding of labor and employment laws, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits encompassing a wide array of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.Represent employers in court proceedings, administrative hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, addressing matters such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete cases.Offer comprehensive advice and counsel to employers regarding various labor and employment laws and regulations. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.Active membership in the Colorado Bar or the ability to obtain admission promptly.Proficient understanding of current court procedures and employment-related agency protocols at both state and federal levels.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering excellence.Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on employment law matters. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications:Active admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for prompt admission. Skills:Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
