Join Our Team! We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Coordinator and Driver Lead to manage our warehouse operations effectively as well as oversee our fleet. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high security and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and operate material moving equipment in our secure warehouse area. Handle inventory effectively, including maintaining records, ordering equipment, and ensuring timely destruction of products. Serve as the main point of contact for all fleet driver-related issues, including managing truck vendors for repairs and services. Master and train others on the operation of all fleet trucks. Oversee and ensure compliance for all driver logs and daily vehicle inspection reports. Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure all team members are compliant with operational standards. Requirements: Proven experience in forklift operation and inventory reporting. Leadership skills and ability to set production schedules for shifts. Commitment to promoting and demonstrating a safe work environment. Must be able to achieve and maintain security certification and ensure compliance across the team.
