What you will do: Runs operations for metal fabrication department. Conducts Associate training. Ensures part/products are made per specifications. Monitors and documents hourly production rates. Works all jobs in department as needed. To thrive in this role you must have: 2+ years experience in metal fabrication equipment. (Required) 1+ years leadership/supervisory experience. (Required) Skilled in reading a tape measure. High school or GED required. Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be on time for your work schedule every day Work with safety as #1 priority Desire to work towards team productions goals We will teach you the rest!
