Gather, edit, and upload images to the website. Monitors product listings and update images as needed. Assist in other aspects of photoshoots such as: brainstorming theme and location ideas, organizing and creating shot lists, coordinating with models, securing equipment and props for projects, steaming and prepping apparel, etc. Shoot video thumbnails, social media content, and various other company requests. Perform other duties as necessary and required. Work collaboratively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect. How you will thrive in this role: Solid foundation in Adobe Photoshop with running actions, clipping paths, retouching, and exporting. Experience working with FTP sites and digital asset gathering and management is recommended. Professional photography experience in either/ both product and lifestyle/ action settings is a plus. Basic off-road industry product knowledge and passion is a big plus Working knowledge with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills. Strong analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment. Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily work efficiently Must be able to work scheduled shift hours Be a team player who can work with others and independently Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability Positive attitude and able to find fulfilment in the daily duties Physical Requirements: Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
