Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Information Technology preferred 5+ years' experience working with technical support of Human Capital Management systems3+ years' experience working with technical support of timekeeping and leave management systems Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience participating in the implementation and testing of at least one cloud-based system Experience using ServiceNow preferred Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable technical/educational discipline strongly preferred Strong Excel skills Experience using databases and creating reports Experience working with Human Resources data and processes Strong organizational skills Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships within and outside the department Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
