Title: Sr. R&D Engineer Location : This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site and full-time Why Imperative Care? What You’ll Do This position will lead and support the design and launch of innovative endovascular products through conceptualization, design development, verification/validation, and manufacturability assessments. Contribute to design and build of catheter prototypes using a variety of equipment Create test protocols/methods/reports, tools and fixtures Perform design verification testing Participate in design validation and usability studies Contribute to anatomical model design/research, pre-clinical evaluation and physician evaluations What You’ll Bring BS in Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of related experience; or MS in Engineering with 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the medical device or related regulated industry Previous experience in product design from concept to regulatory marketing approval CAD (Solidworks, ProE, similar) Statistical analysis Software (Minitab or similar) Knowledge of and exposure to product testing and data collection Employee Benefits include a stake in our collective success with stock options, competitive salaries, a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.
