ABOUT YOUR DAY AS A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA As a full- or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, your day starts with a thorough review of client assessments, followed by the creation of customized treatment plans. Leveraging your expertise, you oversee the implementation of ABA therapy services, fostering meaningful connections with families. Your role extends to providing mentorship and supervision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes. Utilizing your analytical prowess, you meticulously gather and evaluate behavioral data, adapting interventions accordingly. By day's end, your efforts have significantly influenced the well-being of your clients with autism, leaving you with a sense of fulfillment and readiness to tackle tomorrow's endeavors. QUALIFICATIONS Current BCBA certification Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions Ability to write complex behavior support plans Ability to communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills ABOUT US At The Treetop Therapy, we provide personalized ABA therapy services for children with autism.
