Position : Industrial Sewing Machine Operator Location : Ohatchee, Alabama Job Description: As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production operations. Collaborating with a dynamic team in a forward-thinking environment were dedication and passion drive success. Responsibilities: Operate sewing machines to join, reinforce, or decorate garment parts. Follow standard procedures to ensure accurate production according to work orders. Adjust machine settings based on fabric type and garment specifications. Conduct quality checks to detect defects and notify supervisors of issues. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Record production metrics accurately. Qualifications: Prior manufacturing sewing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Technical and mechanical aptitude.
