Start date:Job requirements / skill sets: Seeking a qualified person who can help developing and establishing objectives for the business. Align business and legal strategies, and using the law in making business successful. Lead the organization in legal dispute resolution based on contractual and commercial terms and negotiation with client legal and commercial teams. Ensure contract compliances and follow up on litigation strategies. Create the strategies to implement tasks to achieve goals. Conduct strategic legal planning and business analysis to control business operating risks. Review, evaluate and analyse the company’s data from legal perspective and support the entrepreneur and investor program. Allocate resources to implement business programs and control legal risks. Establish and maintain relationships with three levels of Government. Represent the organization in meetings with provincial authorities. Successful candidate must have completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience of 1 to less than 7 months; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
