Responsibilities * Interacts with and directs other project team members * Perform quality control reviews of projects prior to issuance * Conducts construction observations or special inspections * Acts as a mentor to other employees * Able to prioritize, manage time, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSkills * Good and developing technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures * Good communication skills * Basic leadership, management, and client relationship skills * Interact positively with clients on project issues * Demonstrated ability to understand the interaction of project components * Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability * Completion of work with accuracy and attention to detail * Able to work independently, or cooperatively and harmoniously with a teamEducation & Licensure Requirements * Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering * Licensed engineer in the state of Arkansas or have the ability to get licensed there immediately.
