Hello Credit Union is searching for a detail-oriented and customer service driven teller to join our team. This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to customers in person, via phone and through the mail. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. Duties and Responsibilities Processing monetary transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports Counting and packaging currency Reconciling cash drawers Opening new accounts and helping with loan applications Promoting the credit union's products and services Keeping members’ personal information confidential Communicating effectively and professionally with other team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience preferred Previous cash handling experience required Benefits : Employee Assistance Program Employee Perks and Discounts Advancement Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) Program with Company Match (minimum worked hours required) Schedule : Mon - Wed: 10AM-2PM Thurs: 8:00AM-12PM Fri: 10AM-2PM Periodic Saturday Coverage: 8:45AM-12:15PM
