Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks, such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and operational risks. Capital Management: Managing the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize financial performance and support strategic objectives. Treasury Management: Overseeing cash flow management, investment strategies, and banking relationships to maintain liquidity and maximize returns. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, and maintaining effective internal controls and governance practices. Mergers and Acquisitions: Leading financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
