My clients General Managers must always remain visible and be the face of the business and lead from the front : repeat business is an important revenue stream so developing a relationship is key. All marketing and local PR is done in: house so a General Manager who is keen to be involved with the community is a must. The General Manager Person: This General Manager will need to demonstrate proven skills to grow a business, someone that is really people focused. Big personalities and approachable characters do well in these surroundings so a love for the trade and a passion for good food and drink are essential.
