Our team is trained daily on customer service techniques, marketing initiatives, and business communications strategies, and we place a strong emphasis on unwavering commitment to product knowledge and unparalleled customer service.As a Sports Minded Associate , you will work directly with and report to the Marketing Manager. This may involve researching target markets, participating in product knowledge seminars, morning meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. You can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing and communications strategies through full participation in company activities and directives. Essential duties and responsibilities include assisting Account Managers with customer interactions and sales support, assisting with the launch of new campaigns and products, accurately inputting customer data and tracking sales records, attending and learning all product knowledge for clients, and applying it in actual consumer interactions and marketing initiatives. You'll also develop skills in training, coaching, and leadership, and may be assigned additional duties as needed.At LM Marketing Inc , we value teamwork and seek good communication and cooperation within our organization. We coordinate all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries, identify and use internal resources as needed to complete tasks, support team goals, and are receptive/flexible/adaptable to change. To be successful in this role , you should have customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience, as well as effective decision-making skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal business partners.
