Here's a detailed job description:Job Overview:The Senior-Level Health Care Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in health care regulatory and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in advising providers and professional entities on various aspects of business transactions, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse issues, licensure, enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
