To learn more about our company, our website; trulieve Requisition ID:10093 Remote Work Available:No JOB SUMMARY The Supply Chain Hub Analyst role requires a hands:on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. Executes the day:to:day Stock Transfer Orders to and from large cannabis cultivation / production sites and orders to and from Dispensaries. Reports and works directly with the Regional Operations Manager. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Create STO's for Finished Goods: Site to Site : Create STO's for Cultivation Plants :Site to Site : Create STO's for Dry Flower : Site to Site : Create STO's for Waste : Site to Site: Create STO's for Pack/Raw Materials : Site to Site : Create STO's for Dispensaries: Site : Site: Create STO's for Dispensaries to Dispensaries: Create STO's for Batteries to Dispensaries: Create STO's for Dispensaries Returns Site : Site: Manage Transfers of Finish Goods to Retail: Manage in Transit Inventory: Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : High School Diploma or equivalent: Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age: Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.: Adaptable to a variety of assignments and settings; ability to communicate well with top corporate officials and all levels of managers, supervisors, and drivers.: Able to work independently for long periods without direct supervision and be able to keep supervisors informed of status and progress.: SAP Experience: Excellent attention to detail: Microsoft Excel skills.: Quick learner and team player.: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.: Strong organizational skills.: Strong time management skills.: Attend inventory system training sessions. ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Florida Drivers License or ability to obtain one.: Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age.: Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.: Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.: Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be ex
