M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Consultant to join our team to sell exterior remodeling solutions (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors). If you have a proven track record in sales, are entrepreneurial, strong willed, sociable and are self-motivated to excel in the field of exterior remodeling, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Self-Generating Sales Activities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers. Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements. Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings. Continuously enhance your knowledge to effectively educate customers. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships. Technical aptitude to understand and explain exterior remodeling products and services. Valid driver's license. Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
