Core Values Grow With Each Other Responsive Communication Own It Win and Loose Together Take the Extra Step Humility and Respect We are seeking Energetic and Motivated people interested in becoming in being a part of our Maintenance Department as an Operations Coordinator The Coordinator is responsible to understand manage scheduling, materials and issues in Aspire Software system. The Operations Coordinator will participate in weekly meetings to provide projections of revenue and man hours while ensuring that the schedule is managed daily and scheduled out at least 30 days in advance. The Coordinator will work alongside the Operations Manager to maintain a high retention rate and produce a departmental GPM that ensures the company achieves profit goals for the year. Previous Account Manager Experience Preferred Must have a current Driver's License Strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL, and WORD proficient Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience. Pre-employment drug test required along with a copy of DMV Driving Record that demonstrates a clean record.
