Warehouse SupervisorOnsite in OKCSalary: $70,000-$75,000Plans and directs all operational and administrative functions of warehousing operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control and customer service, with a focus on continual improvement to include researching, analyzing, identifying lean opportunities, process improvements and making recommendations for performance improvements.Responsibilities: * Oversees daily activity to maximize forecast and delivery of product and parts. * Responsible for inventory control and facilitate timely investigations and adjustments as well as annual physical inventory. * Investigates and reports on errors in operations. * Foster an environment of continuous improvement. Evaluate the effectiveness of work methods, procedures, systems, controls and staffing to improve operational productivity, efficient order processing and accurate/timely order fulfillment with high standards for housekeeping. * Establish and monitor KPIs. Make certain warehouse layout is optimally aligned for maximum efficiency. * Investigate and resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives. * Enforce safety practices and maintain a safe environment. * Facility and grounds maintenance.Qualifications: * Minimum of 5+ years of warehouse environment * 3+ years of supervisor, management, or leadership experience. * Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideally Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Materials Resource Planning (MRP). * Ability to learn, use and train staff on Shipping Systems.IND 005 009
