Program Manager Tech 2 (Technical Writing)BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 2 (Technical Writing) (Contractor) for Onsite Work opportunity in Redmond, WAPosition Title: Program Manager Tech 2 (Technical Writing)Location: : Offsite - Remote - Prefer PST CandidatesAnticipated Start Date: - ASAPExpected Duration: 2+ Months ContractJob Type: ContractPay: $50.00-$55.00 on w2 onlySummary* Heavy on the Technical Writing side with Project Management as well. Furthermore, we're looking for someone who can swiftly immerse themselves in our technical product and play a pivotal role in executing previews, establishing demo environments, driving process innovation and learning initiatives, and fostering collaboration across various azure teams to produce comprehensive documentation.Key projects:* Working with Support team to identify support documentation and support cases. Candidate would drive products with projects in talking to customers, running processes that the team would need to run the business smoothlyTypical task breakdown and operating rhythm:* We're seeking a dynamic technical writer with a knack for product/project management and sharp analytical abilities. This role involves diving into support cases to identify recurring user issues and devising strategies to streamline support requirements through enhancements to both public and internal documentation and troubleshooting guides.
