You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, drive change, and lead a team to greatness.As the Director of Clinical and Surgical Services, your role will drive the organization's success. Your oversight of the P&L, including managing income and expenses, forecasting, and budgeting, will be crucial. You'll also be at the forefront of overseeing the LASIK process, Fellowship Program, Residency Program, FDA research and studies, and durable goods management, shaping the future of the clinical and surgical services where you'll be the driving force behind fostering relationships with co-managed doctors and ensuring the clinic and ASC's billing timeliness and accuracy. With an eye on patient/staff satisfaction and physician productivity goals, you'll implement, manage, and evaluate all systems, ensuring that the organization operates at its peak potential.And let's talk about the benefits – they believe in taking care of their team.
