We are seeking a growth:mindedChef Manager for our growing business. In this role you will be responsible for the successof both theculinary management and food service operation. Key Responsibilities: typedisc::Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving:Knowledge of P and L accountability; experience in contract:managed services is desirable.:Proficient in menu development, cost controls, and purchasing, with a focus on sourcing local food products.:Demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability.
