Position Title:Semi:Remote PRN Dietitian: Sikeston, MO Location: Missouri Delta Medical Center : Sikeston, MO Reports To: Clinical Manager Setting:Acute care hospital with average census of 56;Patient case load includes mix of ICU, Tele, Med:Surg, Geri Psych and occasional Pediatrics, OBGYN, or adolescent psych. Dietitian is in charge of TF and TPN orders (TPN relatively uncommon). Schedule: PRN;1:2 weekends per month (Saturday or Sunday) and vacations. Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (Hourly:PRN) to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in Sikeston, MO. Key Responsibilities: :Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population:Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies and Procedures Manual:Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies:Trains and mentors patient services staff and interns as applicable:Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Qualifications: :Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR):Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required:One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred:Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record and diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming Apply to Morrison Healthcare today Morrison Healthcare is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
